跟腱损伤的MRI表现

目的探讨MRI在跟腱撕裂中的诊断价值,包括部分撕裂、完全撕裂。方法分析25例有急性外伤病史的踝关节,经手术证实跟腱完全撕裂的14例,将其手术结果与MRI表现对照,手术结果与MRI表现一致。结果 25例患者MRI均有异常表现,18例诊断跟腱完全撕裂,7例部分撕裂,表现为跟腱内信号增高、增粗、腱束连续性完全中断或部分中断。结论 MRI能准确显示跟腱撕裂的部位和程度,对临床治疗具有重要的指导意义。

MRI Appearances of Achilles Tendon Rupture

Objective To evaluate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of Achilles tendon rupture, including partial and complete tear. Methods Retrospectively reviewed MRI appearance of 25 cases with acute achilles tendon trauma, of which 14 cases proved achilles tendon rupture by operation. The findings on MRI were analyzed and compared with the surgical results, and the MRI findings were consistent with surgical findings. Results Complete tear of Achilles tendon was demonstrated on MRI in 18 cases, and partial tear of achilles tendon was revealed on MRI in 7cases, manifesting diffuse thickening of the tendon, hyperintensity in tendon, partially or totally discontinuous fibrous bundles. Conclusion MRI can accurately demonstrated the location and degree of achilles tendon rupture, which is very helpful for treatment.
