心电编辑后的CT冠脉成像与冠脉造影对比分析

目的通过与冠脉造影的对比,探讨心电图编辑后的64层螺旋CT冠状动脉图像的可靠性。材料与方法收集18例在CT冠脉造影过程中出现心律失常且在一周内行冠脉造影检查的患者,将使用心电编辑功能进行后处理的CT冠脉图像与冠脉造影进行对比。结果心电编辑后的CT冠脉图像与冠脉造影两者在敏感性、准确性、特异性及阳性预测值和阴性预测值方面,均具有很高的一致性,差异性无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论经心电图编辑处理后的CT冠脉成像能很好反映冠状动脉的真实情况,为临床治疗提供可靠依据。

Contrastive Analysis on ECG Edited CT Coronary Artery Imaging and Coronary Angiography

Objective To investigate the reliability of ECG edited 64-slice CT coronary artery imaging by comparing with coronary angiography, Materials and Methods 18 patients were collected who were found suffering from arrhythmia in the course of CT coronary artery imaging, and all of 18 patients were received coronary angiography in a week. ECG edited CT coronary artery imaging were compared with the coronary angiography. Results ECG edited CT coronary artery imaging and coronary angiography coronary had high consistency in sensitivity, accuracy, specificity and positive predictive value and negative predictive value, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion ECG edited CT coronary artery imaging could reflect the real situation of the coronary arteries well, and it also provided a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
