摘    要:目的探讨不同人工骨高度对种植体骨界面应力状况的影响,以评定出适宜的植骨高度。方法用三维有限元分析方法,分别对种植体模型施加200N垂直和斜向60°两种方向的载荷,对Ⅲ类骨质上植骨0mm、1mm、2mm、3mm、4mm、5mm、6mm、7mm的种植体-骨界面进行应力分析。结果植骨3mm、4mm即可使种植体骨界面的应力值达到较理想状态。斜向载荷下产生的应力远大于垂直载荷下产生的应力。结论适量植骨即可有效的扩增牙槽嵴。在临床设计种植方案时应尽量减小或避免斜向载荷。
