| Abstract: | Analysis on pharmaceutical industry talent flow reasons. From macroscopic potential gap effect, organizational potential gap effect, and personal potential gap effects of three aspects, using the physics potential gap principle to analysis the reasons of talent flow. Using the effect of the potential gap to analysis the phenomena of pharmaceutical industry talent flow, conform the now basic characteristics of pharmaceutical industry talent flow. |
