2010至2012年某市艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况的分析

目的通过对2010至2012年许昌市艾滋病自愿咨询检测(Voluntary counseling and testing,VCT)资料进行分析,为指导VCT门诊工作开展提供科学依据。方法下载2010至2012年许昌市疾控中心VCT门诊上报数据,建立数据库,进行统计分析。结果 2010年至2012年共995人接受咨询检测服务,其中男性921人,求询者年龄以20到39岁的青壮年为主,占80.2%。求寻类型以男男性行为人群(men who have sex with men,MSM)为主,其次是非婚异性性行为人群。求询者HIV与梅毒抗体阳性检出率分别为5.94%与11.29%,其中MSM HIV与梅毒抗体阳性检出率均较高。文化程度越低HIV与梅毒抗体阳性检出率越高。结论做好VCT工作能及早发现感染者,及时开始治疗,提高患者生活质量,有效减少艾滋病的传播。

An Analysis of Results of HIV Voluntary Counseling and Testing in A City From 2010 to 2012

Objective Scientific basis which could supervise VCT clinic work was got through analyzing the data of AIDS voluntary counseling and testing （Voluntary counseling and testing, VCT） in Xuchang from 2010 to 2012. Method The data reported by Xuehang City CDC VCT clinic from 2010 to 2012 was downloaded, established database, counted and analyzed. Results From 2010 to 2012 a total of 995 people received counseling and testing services, including 921 men. Among the VCT clients the majority was in the prime of life aged 20~39 years, accounting for 80.2%.The consulting person mainly was the type to MSM （men who have sex with men, MSM）, followed by the extramarital heterosexual behaviors, hose who seek consultation with HIV positive and syphilis antibody positive rates were 5.94% and 11.29%,in which MSM HIV and syphilis antibody positive rate is higher. The lower educational level, the higher positive rate of HIV and syphilis antibodies. Conclusion The better VCT work,the earlier we can find the infected person, begin treatment in a timely manner, to improve the patient＇s quality of life, and reducing the spread of AIDS effectively.
