| 摘 要： | 目的探讨他扎罗汀联合咪喹莫特外用治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法扁平疣患者随机分成A,B,C三组,分别予他扎罗汀、咪喹莫特以及他扎罗汀联合咪喹莫特外用治疗,疗程8周。结果A,B,C三组的有效率分别为57.1%,60.00%和80.5%,其中C组与前两组之间比较具差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗过程中部分患者出现红斑、脱屑等轻度不良反应,C组不良反应相对明显(P<0.05),三组病例均无因严重不良反应而停止治疗。结论他扎罗汀联合咪喹莫特治疗扁平疣比之单用的疗效更好,虽然不良反应有所增加,但均较轻,不影响患者继续治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of topical treatment of verruca plana with tazarotene cream and imiquimod cream. Methods Verruca plana patients were divided into A,B,C groups randomly,and then accepted topical treatment with tazarotene cream,imiquimod cream or tazarotene cream and imiquimod cream respectively for eight weeks.
