| 摘 要： | 目的探讨ER在门静脉高压症(PHT)肝脏组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法,检测42例PHT患者肝脏组织ER的表达,并结合临床资料、组织形态学进行观察。结果PHT患者肝脏组织ER表达阳性率为69.05%(29/42),正常肝脏组织ER不表达;ER表达与病程长短,肝纤维化程度呈正相关(P<0.05),与性别、病因无关。结论ER在PHT患者的肝脏组织中有较高表达,提示PHT患者肝脏的病理改变存在雌激素依赖的可能性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of estrogen receptor in liver tissue of patients with portal hypertension and the relation with its clinical pathological features. Methods Immunocytochemistry SP method was applied to detect the ER expression in liver tissue of 42 patients with portal hypertension(PHT),and the relations with clinical manifestations and histopathology were evaluated. Results There were 29/42(69.05%) ER positive expressions in the liver tissue, but no in normal subjects.ER expression showed positive correlation with ill duration and degree of liver fibrosis(P<(0.05)),but neither relationship with sex,nor the etiology of the disease. Conclusion ER has high expression rate in liver tissue of patients with PHT,which suggests the possibility that the liver fibrosis pathologic changes are dependent on the presence of ER. |
