麝香保心丸对慢性心衰患者心功能及心率变异性的影响

目的：探讨麝香保心丸对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心功能及心率变异性的影响。方法：116例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为2组，对照组57例给予常规西医治疗。治疗组59例在对照组治疗的基础上加用麝香保心丸，每天2丸，每天3次，口服3月。结果：2组治疗前后左室射血分数（LVEF）比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；2组治疗后LvEF比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。2组治疗前后全部正常R-R间期的标准差（SDNN）、相邻正常R—R间期差值的均方根（RMSSD）及相邻R-R间期占R-R间期总数的百分比（PNN50）比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；2组治疗后SDNN、RMSSD及PNN50比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：麝香保心丸可增加慢性心衰患者左室射血分数。改善心功能及心率变异性。

Influence of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on Cardiac Function and Heart Rate Variability in Patients with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective:To explore the effect of Shexiang Baoxin pill on cardiac function and heart rate variability(HRV) in patients with chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:One hundred and sixteen chronic CHF patients were randomized into two groups,59 cases in treatment group and 57 in control group.The two groups were given conventional treatment,and the treatment group were given Shexiang Baoxin pill orally,2 pills each time,three times a day,for three months.Results:There were significant differences of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),standard deviation of normal RR intervals(SDNN),root mean square of the successive differences(RMSSD) of normal RR interval,and percentage of successive normal sinus RR intervals >50 ms(PNN50) in the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,LVEF,SDNN,RMSSD and PNN50 with in the treatment group differed from those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Shexiang Baoxin pill can increase the left ventricular ejection fraction,and improve Cardiac function and the heart rate variability in the patients with chronic congestive heart failure.
