摘    要:目的探讨高原有氧运动对健康老年人群T淋巴细胞及其亚群的影响。方法选择各30例经常参加适量有氧运动的高海拔地区(海拔≥4 000m)与中高海拔地区(海拔≥2 260m)健康老年人和30例缺乏运动的健康老年人。取外周血液用流式细胞仪测定T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8、CD56和CD19。结果运动组CD3、CD4、CD8比值明显高于缺乏运动组,两组比较均有显著差异,而两组间CD56及CD19比较无统计学意义。高海拔地区与中高海拔地区长期有氧运动的老年人群T淋巴细胞及其亚群无明显差异。结论有氧运动可能有增强高原地区健康老年人细胞免疫功能的作用,海拔梯度对长期适量有氧运动的老年人群T淋巴细胞及其亚群无明显影响。*

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence and significance of aerobic exercise on T lymphocyte subsets at plateau among healthy older population.Methods 30 older people who often took part in aerobic exercise the high altitude area(altitude≥ 4000m) or middle altitude(altitude ≥2 260m) and 30 cases of the healthy elderly who lack of exercise.Peripheral blood was taken and T lymphocyte subsets,such as CD4,CD8 CD3,CD56 and CD19 were analyzed with flow cytometriy.Results The ratio of CD4,CD8 and CD3 in exercise group was significantly higher than that of exercise lacking group.There was a significant difference between the two groups.But there was no significant difference in CD56 and CD19.The T lymphocyte subsets between aerobic exercises in high altitudes or in middle altitudes were no obvious difference.Conclusion Aerobic exercise may strengthen the cellular immune function in healthy elderly people at plateau.
