| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期慢性炎症状态下,患者血C-反应蛋白（CRP）浓度的变化与患者BODE评分的关系,探讨CRP在COPD稳定期的临床意义。方法选择稳定期COPD患者160例,进行BODE评分;收集患者同期静脉血,采用散色比浊法检测CRP浓度。同时选择30例健康者作为对照组进行CRP测定。结果 COPD稳定期患者血清CRP水平较正常者显著增高,不同BODE评分组间CRP浓度不同,CRP的浓度变化与BODE评分呈正相关（r=0.625,P〈0.05）。结论 COPD稳定期患者血清CRP浓度与其BODE评分密切相关,血清CRP检测在COPD稳定期患者疾病的预后判断中有着重要的临床价值。
