| 摘 要： | 目的：建立舒筋活血丸的薄层色谱鉴别方法,以控制其质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对方中各味药进行研究。结果：舒筋活血丸中当归、熟地、大黄、苏木、栀子的薄层色谱具有鉴别特征,色谱斑点清晰,Rf值适中,阴性对照无干扰。结论：所建立的方法简便可靠,专属性强,重复性好,可用于舒筋活血丸的定性质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality control method of TLC for Shujinhuoxue pills;Methods：The method of TLC were used to research each prepared samples of every kind of Chinese traditional medicine and negative samples and the standard medicine.Results：TLC could be used for the identification of Angelica、Rehmannia 、Rhubarb、Sappanwood and Gardenia,the spots were clear and accurate.Conclusion：The TLC methods were simple and feasible and repeatable.It can be used for the quality control for Shujinhuoxue pills. |
