| 摘 要： | 5-氨基水杨酸是临床治疗溃疡性结肠炎的主要药物，为促进该产品更好地研发与应用，本文就5-ASA目前已上市品种及正处于研发的制剂设计进行较详细的整理，并探讨5-氨基水杨酸临床最佳的制剂形式。

| Abstract: | 5-aminosalicylic acid(5-ASA) is the main drug for clinical treatment of IBD.In order to promote the better research and development and application of this product,this article arranged the currently marketed products and the preparation design still in R&D of 5-ASA detailedly,and then discussed the best form of preparation for the clinical application of 5-ASA. |
