蒲黄醇提取物对家兔急性心肌缺血的保护作用

目的；探讨蒲黄提取物对家兔心肌缺血的保护作用。方法：通过静脉注射蒲黄醇提取物观察由垂体后叶素引起家兔急性心肌缺血的保护作用。以心室内压峰值（peak)。心室内压变化上升最大速率（dp/dt max)。心力环面积（ACFL）及舒张末期左心室内压（EDP）为指标。分析各组分的保护作用。结果：样品10、2、3、11及14可抑制垂体后叶素引起的心室内压峰值下降。而在5min到2min之间可使心舒张末压恢复正常。结论：在分离的14个组分中，有5个组分明显对急性心肌缺血产生保护作用。

Protective Effects of Pollen Typhae on Acute Myocardium Ischemia in Rabbits

Objective:Preventive effect of Pollen Typhae extract anti ischemia in rabits. Methods:The rabits in vivo Pollen Typphae extract were observed to get the protective effects from pituitrin-induced acute ischemia. All of them were divided into 14 groups and the observation itemsindred peak left filling rate,Left ventricular pressure versus time and the max rate of change of pressure (dp/dt),Ventrisular diastolic pressure(EDP). Five groups were effectively analysed .Results:observed in 10.2.3.11.14 sample, we showed that Pollem Typhae extractant could inhibit the peak left ventricular-diastolic pressure dropping, the EDP in ischemia rabits could return to mormal in 5 and 2 minutes. Conclusion:Among the fourteen groups, five groups showed obvious protective effects.
