高渗盐水注射提高对小鼠肝癌冷冻疗效的实验研究

目的　探讨冷冻联合高渗盐水提高对小鼠肝癌疗效的可行性。方法　H2 2肝癌小鼠随机分为 5组 :Ⅰ组为根治性冷冻组 ,Ⅱ组为姑息性冷冻组 ,Ⅲ组为高渗盐水注射组 ,Ⅳ组为姑息性冷冻联合高渗盐水治疗组 ,Ⅴ组为对照组。结果　Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组均能显著抑制肿瘤生长 ,抑瘤率分别为 99.7%、83.6 %、78.9%、99.3%,以上各组与Ⅴ组比较 ,差异均有显著性。Ⅰ组与Ⅳ组比较 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　冷冻与高渗盐水联合治疗是一种有效的肝癌综合治疗模式。

Experimental Study of Improving Efficacy of Cryotherapy with Hyperosmotic NaCl Solution on Mice Hepatocellar Carcinoma

Objective To assess efficacy of cryotherapy combined with hyperosmotic NaCl solution in the treatment of experimental liver cancer.Method Mice bearing H22 hepatoma were randomly divided into five groups.Group Ⅰ received radical cryotherapy;group Ⅱ received palliative cryotherapy;group Ⅲ received injection of hyperosmotic NaCl solution;group Ⅳ received both cryotherapy and injection of hyperosmotic NaCl solution;group Ⅴ served as controls.Results Compared with group Ⅴ,the significant inhibition of tumor growth was seen in group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,with tumor growth inhibitive rate at the 28th day being 99.7%,83.6%,78.9%,99.3% respectively.There was no significant difference between group Ⅰ and group Ⅳ(P>0.05).Conclusion Cryotherapy combined with hyperosmotic NaCl solution may be a model for effective comprehensive treatment in hepatocellar carcinoma.
