某三甲医院临床医生科研认知的现状调查分析

目的通过分析杭州某三甲医院临床医生科研认知的现状和存在问题,为促进医院科研管理工作的可持续发展提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查法对医院246名临床医生进行科研认知度调查,分析其科研认知现状及影响因素。结果79.27%的临床医生认为医院开展科研工作是很有必要的,临床医生申报课题的主要动因为晋升职称、为临床医疗服务、对科研感兴趣,阻碍医院科研工作发展的主要因素包括科研团队和条件缺乏、医务人员日常工作任务繁重、实验人员不足等。结论临床医生对科研能促进医院未来发展的认知度较高,但由于三甲医院临床工作任务重、科研条件限制导致医院的科研潜力未充分发挥,因此医院需合理配置与完善科研资源,进一步优化科研管理方法与制度。

Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of Clinicians' Scientific Research Cognition in a Hospital of Class A Grade Three

Objective:By analyzing the status quo and the existing problems of clinicians′scientific research cognition in a hospital of Class A Grade Three in Hangzhou,this paper provides references for promoting the sustainable development of hospital scientific research management.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the scientific research awareness of 246 clinicians in the hospital,and the status quo,and the influencing factors of their scientific research cognition were analyzed.Result:79.27%of the hospital clinical doctors believe that it is necessary to carry out the scientific research work.The main reasons for clinicians to apply for projects include promotion of professional title,service for clinical medical treatment,and interest in scientific research.The main factors hindering the development of scientific research work in the hospital include the lack of scientific research teams and conditions,the heavy daily work tasks of medical personnel,and the shortage of experimental personnel.Conclusion:Clinicians have a high degree of recognition that scientific research can promote the future development of hospitals.However,due to the heavy clinical tasks and limited scientific research conditions in a hospital of Class A Grade Three,the hospital′s scientific research potential has not been fully exerted.Therefore,hospitals need to rationally allocate and improve scientific research resources,and further optimize scientific research management methods and systems.
