某省二、三级医院开展优质护理服务的问题与对策

目的对比某省二、三级医院优质护理服务的落实情况,分析某省二级医院存在的主要问题,为深入推进优质护理工作提供科学依据。方法采用《二、三级医院优质护理服务评价细则(2018版)》,对某省13市36所二级及以上医疗机构优质护理服务开展及落实情况进行横断面调查。结果某省优质护理服务开展率为100%。评分细则39个条目得分比较,二、三级医院在人文环境、调动积极性、责任制整体护理和护理文书书写质量4个条目差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在后勤保障、仪器设备、专科培训、岗位培训、门诊护理、专业内涵团队合作、执行查对制度、危重患者风险评估防范措施等条目差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且均是三级医院执行情况优于二级医院。结论不同等级医院优质护理开展工作存在较大差异,优质护理服务各项举措的落实情况需进一步调整和完善。

Problems and Countermeasures for Developing Quality Nursing Service in Hospitals of Grade Two and Grade Three of a Province

Objective:By comparing the implementation of quality nursing services in hospitals of grade two and grade three in a province,the main problems inhospitals of grade two in a province are analyzed to provide scientific basis for further quality nursing promotion.Method:A cross-sectional survey was conducted on the development and implementation of quality nursing services in 36 secondary and above medical institutions in 13 cities of a province by adopting the Evaluation Rules of Quality Nursing Services in Hospitals of Grade Two and Grade Three(2018 edition).Result:The development rate of quality nursing service in the province is 100%.Comparing the scores of the 39 items in the scoring rules,there was no statistically significant difference in the four items of humanistic environment,motivation,overall nursing of responsibility system and writing quality of nursing documents in the hospitals of grade two and grade three(P>0.05).However,there were statistically significant differences in logistic support,instruments and equipment,specialized training,job training,outpatient care,professional connotation team cooperation,execution and checking system,risk assessment and preventive measures for critically ill patients(P<0.05),and the implementation in grade three hospitals was better than that in grade two hospitals.Conclusion:There are great differences in the implementation of quality nursing services in different levels of hospitals,and the implementation of various measures of quality nursing services needs to be further adjusted and improved.
