妇炎宁汤联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

目的探讨妇炎宁汤联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效及对炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2019年5月期间慢性盆腔炎患者78例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各39例。对照组采用抗生素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合妇炎宁汤治疗,两组均连续治疗14 d,治疗结束后随访3个月。比较两组临床治疗效果,治疗前后两组患者炎症因子、血液流变学指标的变化情况;并观察两组患者随访期间复发情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为92.31%高于对照组79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均降低,血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平升高,且治疗组TNF-α、hs-CRP水平低于对照组,IL-2水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血小板聚率、全血黏度低切、全血黏度高切水平均降低,且治疗组血小板聚率、全血黏度低切、全血黏度高切水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期间,治疗组的复发率为5.13%低于对照组20.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇炎宁汤联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,能抑制机体的炎症反应,改善盆腔微循环,安全性更高,有较高的临床应用价值。

Effect of Fuyanning Decoction combined with antibiotics on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation

Objective To explore the curative effect of Fuyanning Decoction combined with antibiotics on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its influence on the level of inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 78 patients treated from January,2016 to May,2019 were randomized into an observation group and a control group by using random number table,with 39 patients in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics,while the observation group was treated with Fuyanning Decoction combined with antibiotics.Both groups were treated for 14 days continuously and followed up for 3 months after treatment.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared,and the changes of inflammatory factors and hemorheological indices in both groups before and after treatment were observed,and the recurrence rate of the two groups during the follow-up period was observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(92.31%)was higher than that of the control group(79.49%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand hs-CRP decreased and the level of IL-2 increased in both groups.The levels of TNF-αand hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-2 were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the platelet aggregation rate,low shear rate of whole blood viscosity and high shear rate of whole blood viscosity in both groups decreased,and the platelet aggregation rate,low shear rate of whole blood viscosity and high shear rate of whole blood viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the recurrence rate of the observation group(5.13%)was lower than that of the control group(20.51%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuyanning Decoction combined with antibiotics is effective in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.It can inhibit the inflammatory reaction of the body and improve pelvic microcirculation.It has higher safety and clinical application value.
