芩连止泻汤对小儿慢性腹泻相关免疫功能的影响

目的探讨芩连止泻汤治疗小儿慢性腹泻免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月收治的小儿慢性腹泻患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组给予布拉氏酵母菌散治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予芩连止泻汤治疗。两组均治疗2周后,观察两组患者的临床疗效,临床症状变化,血清中相关炎症因子和免疫指标变化。结果治疗后治疗组临床总有效率96.00%明显高于对照组88.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者腹胀腹痛停止时间、腹泻停止时间、大便质地恢复时间明显缩短,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清中白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)含量与治疗前比较均有不同程度降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后治疗组患者血清中IL-6、IL-10及TNF-α含量明显减低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者血清中CD8+细胞(cluster of differentiation 8,CD8+)水平降低,CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者血清中CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芩连止泻汤联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗小儿慢性腹泻能有效提高临床效果,改善临床症状,降低炎症反应,提高机体免疫功能,值得临床推广利用。

Effect of Qinlian Zhixie Decoction on immune function related to chronic diarrhea in children

Objective To investigate the immune function of Qinlian Zhixie Decoction in the treatment of chronic diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 100 children with chronic diarrhea admitted to our hospital from January,2018 to January,2019 were included and divided into the control group and the treatment group by using random number table(50 cases per group).The control group was treated with saccharomyces boulardii powder,and the treatment group was given Qinlian Zhixie Decoction combined with saccharomyces boulardii powder.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,related inflammatory factors in serum and immune indicators were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(96%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(88%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a significant reduction in the duration of abdominal pain,diarrhea,and recovery time of stool,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The serum levels of Interleukin-6(IL-6),Interleukin-10(IL-10)and Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)decreased in different degrees compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);and the levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αin the treatment group were significant lower than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,cluster of differentiation 8(CD8+)levels decreased and the value of CD4+/CD8+increased significantly compared with that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in the increases of CD4+/CD8+between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For chronic diarrhea in children,Qinlian Zhixie Decoction combined with saccharomyces boulardii powder can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory response,and improve immune function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
