| 摘 要： | 为了探讨志愿服务联合认知训练对MCI患者的影响,医院通过成立医护人员志愿服务老年关怀组,组织招募、培训、同质化服务,最后结果显示,通过志愿服务联合认知训练,能有效提升MCI患者认知训练达标率、MMSE评分、FI指数降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此可见,志愿服务联合认知训练能最大化促使老年患者回归社区、回归家庭、减慢衰老进展。

| Abstract: | To investigate the effect of volunteer service with joint cognitive training on MCI patients,the hospital set up medical staff volunteer service group for the elderly,organized the recruitment,training and homogenization services.The final results showed that through the combination of voluntary service and cognitive training,the cognitive training compliance rate,MMSE score and FI index of MCI patients could be effectively improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Thus,the combination of voluntary service and cognitive training can maximize the return of elderly patients to the community and family,and slow the aging process. |
