某院非计划二次手术的分布特征及对策分析

目的通过对非计划二次手术患者的分布特征的分析,探讨针对非计划二次手术的有效管理策略。方法从电子病历系统中收集二次手术患者信息,组织专家筛选出80例非计划二次手术患者,将数据录入Excel,对其分布进行分析。结果30~60岁患者占比52.50%,60岁以上患者占比40.00%;非计划二次手术患者中,住院30 d以上的占45.00%;非计划二次手术中,妇科和胃肠外科患者最多(均占比25.00%),以首次手术部位统计,消化系统和女性生殖系统手术排在前两位(分别占比36.25%和25.00%)。结论高龄、高手术级别、术后恢复不良的患者在非计划二次手术患者中占据较大比例,医院应当有针对性地采取相应的管理手段。

Analysis on Distribution Characteristics of Unscheduled Secondary Surgery in a Hospital

Objective:Through the analysis of the distribution characteristics of patients with unscheduled secondary surgery,the effective management strategy for unscheduled secondary surgery was discussed.Method:The information of patients undergoing secondary surgery was collected from electronic medical record system,and 80 patients with unscheduled secondary surgery were selected by experts.And the data were input into Excel for distribution analysis.Result:The proportion of patients aged 30~60 years was 52.50%,and that of patients aged over 60 years was 40.00%.Among patients with unscheduled secondary surgery,those hospitalized for more than 30d accounted for 45.00%.Among the unscheduled secondary operations,gynecology and gastrointestinal surgery patients accounted for the most(25.00%).According to the statistics of the first surgical site,the digestive system and the female reproductive system ranked the first and the second(accounting for 36.25%and 25.00%respectively).Conclusion:Patients with advanced age,high level of surgery and poor postoperative recovery account for a large proportion of patients undergoing unscheduled secondary surgery,so the hospital should take appropriate management measures.
