己烯雌酚配伍利多卡因在绝经期妇女宫内取环术36例中的应用

目的减轻绝经期妇女宫内取环术痛苦,预防绝经期宫内取环术并发症,提高手术成功率。方法 2007年1月至2010年1月在我所要求取环术的36例绝经期妇女采用口服己烯雌酚配伍2%利多卡因宫颈管表面麻醉行宫内取环术。结果 36例绝经期妇女临床应用宫颈软化,宫口扩张情况良好,有效率97%。36例取环术患者,28例顺利取出,8例由于节育环变形嵌顿断裂,其中7例在超声监控下用特制取环钩取环成功,仅1例因节育环嵌顿严重转送上级医院在宫腔镜下取出残留金属丝。结论己烯雌酚配伍利多卡因绝经期妇女取环术中应用安全方便,手术时间短,术中出血量少,一次性取环成功率97%,值得基层医院推广。

DES Combined Intrauterine Lidocaine in Postmenopausal Women Taking Part in the Application Procedure in 36 cases

Objective To alleviate menopausal women suffering intrauterine IUD patients,prevention of postmenopausal patients with intrauterine IUD complications and improve the success rate.Methods from January 2007 to January 2010 to take part in the operation I asked the 36 cases of postmenopausal women using oral administration of diethylstilbestrol and 2% lidocaine combined with cervical IUD intrauterine topical anesthesia technique.Results 36 cases of clinical application in postmenopausal women cervical softening,cervical dilation in good condition,with 97% efficiency.Patients taking loop of 36 cases,28 cases of smooth out,8 cases of incarcerated as birth control ring deformation faults,of which 7 cases were under ultrasound monitoring to take part with a special hook to take part successfully,Only one case of serious transfer of incarcerated because of intrauterine hysteroscopic removal higher hospital residual wire.Conclusion diethylstilbestrol postmenopausal women taking combined with lidocaine Central intraoperative safety,convenience,shorter operative time,less blood loss,a one-time,successful ratio of 97%,worth level hospitals.
