| 摘 要： | 半乳糖凝集素(Galectins)是四类凝集素中的一种。参与多种生理和病理过程,包括细胞生长和凋亡、细胞黏附、新生血管形成和肿瘤浸润与转移等。目前Galectins与宫颈癌的关系研究主要集中在Galectin-1、-3、-9三个亚型,但尚处在开始阶段。近期实验研究表明,Galectins在宫颈癌组织中的表达与宫颈癌发生、侵袭、转移、复发、预后密切相关。Galectins有望成为宫颈癌诊断的重要标志物和治疗的靶点。

| Abstract: | Galectins,a member of the agglutinant family. It is involved in several normal and pathologic processes, such as cell growth and apoptosis, cell adhesion, neovascularization, and cancer progression. The study is currently focused on the relation between Galectin-1,-3,-9 and cervical cancer. Recent studies have shown that the Galectin-1,3,9 are associated with the progression of cervical carcinoma. Therefore, it will be described as a marker for tumor progression in cervical carcinoma and the target of therapy. |
