| 摘 要： | 目的掌握洪雅县克山病病情,为克山病防治提供科学依据。方法按照克山病病情监测方案的要求,根据历史病情,选择心肌病发病较高的2个镇中的2个病村作为监测点,分层随机抽查,详细询问病史,体检,描记心电图,对疑似克山病例拍摄后前位X线胸片,按《克山病诊断标准》（GB17021-1997）诊断。检测监测点粮食及发硒含量。结果在病区14个医疗机构搜索心肌病病例259例,未发现克山病。2个监测点心电图描记859人,异常率22.70%（195例）;拍摄X线胸片19例,检出慢型克山病2人,潜在型克山病1人,总检出率为0.35%。居民发硒范围0.11~0.55 mg/kg,均值0.40 mg/kg。粮食硒含量范围0.01~0.19mg/kg,均值为0.09mg/kg。结论四川省洪雅县克山病处于低发状态,但是粮食硒含量低,应进行针对性防治。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the current incidence of Keshan disease(KD) in Hongya county in Sichuan, andprovide scientific basis for KD prevention and control.Methods Based on the Scheme of KD Surveillance, 2 villages in 2 towns were chosen as surveillance sites by the historical date and higher incidence of cardiomyopathy.
