| 摘 要： | 介绍在应急状态下小汤山医院建立的以科室为质量管理主体、视信息质量为医疗质量同等地位、抓教育培训为质量管理具体措施和用先进技术为质量管理关键手段的SARS诊疗质量管理模式。阐述了SARS诊疗质量保证要素，即人员素质、医院信息系统功能以及组织管理。并对SARS诊疗质量实时控制实施方案以及纠正的主要问题进行讨论。

| Abstract: | The author introduce the SARS diagnosis and treatment quality control mo del which focus on department based quality management ,pay an equal attention to the quality of information as well as to the quali ty of medical treatment ,use training as the concrete tool and employ advanced technology as key ap proaches.The author elaborate the key elements for quality assurance o f SARS diagnosis and treatment ,which are:quality of staffs,function of hospital information system and organizatio n management.In the end,there is a discussion over the timely quality control design for SARS diagnosis and control and the ma jor problems existed. |
