| 摘 要： | 目的回顾该院用药咨询实例,探讨临床用药合理性。方法收集医院2003-2012年有完整记录的用药咨询,对用药咨询对象、药物、内容等进行分类统计分析。结果临床医师对药物选择及药物相互作用咨询比例相对多,护士的用药咨询集中在药物配伍、溶媒的选择及药物皮肤试验问题,患者用药咨询内容主要是药物不良反应及相互作用等。结论用药咨询是药学服务的重要部分,能有力地保障和促进用药安全性、合理性,同时需要药师知识的积累和综合素质的提高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To review the drug consultation cases in our hospital and explore the clinical rational drug use. Methods From 2003 to 2012,the cases with complete records of medication consultation were collected in our hospital. And the drug consultation object,content,medicine and etc were analyzed statistically. Results For clinicians,the choice of drugs and drug interactions accounted for relatively more proportion in consultation; medication consultation concentrated compatibility of drugs,selection of solvent and drug skin test for nurses; the adverse drug reactions and interactions were the main consultation content for patients. Conclusion medication consultation is an important part of pharmaceutical service,which can effectively protect and promote the safety,rationality,also need to increase the accumulation of knowledge and comprehensive quality of pharmacists. |
