| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不同温度下缺血家兔骨骼肌亚微观结构的变化与缺血时间的相关性.方法:设置10个不同温度组即35℃、30℃、25℃、20℃、18℃、15℃、12℃、9℃、6℃和4℃组(每组12只家兔),每个温度组动物每隔1 h取大腿股正中线处一块(0.4 cm×0.4 cm×0.2 cm)肌组织放入2.5%戊二醛液中固定,透射电镜下观察,确定不可逆变性的时限.结果:不同温度组即35℃、30℃、25℃、20℃、18℃、15℃、12℃、9℃、6℃和4℃组缺血家免电镜下骨骼肌细胞出现不可逆变性时间分别为3、4、5、6、7、9、12、16、28和50 h.结论:家兔骨骼肌不可逆变性的温度与时限成幂函数关系:T时限≈100/(X-X ).

Effect of various temperatures on irreversible degeneration of rabbit skeletal muscle |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the correlationship between ischemic period of time and the submicroscopic changes of rabbit skeletal muscle at various temperatures. Methods:Set up 10 temperature groups,e.g., 35℃,30℃,25℃,20℃,18℃,15℃,12℃,9℃,6℃ and 4℃.In each group, a piece of skeletal muscle sample(0.4 cm×0.4 cm×0.2 cm) was harvested from each left hind leg of 12 rabbits at the anterior midline of the thigh. The skeletal muscle samples were fixed in 2.5% glutaric dialdehyde solution. The skeletal muscle samples were observed under electron microscope to determine the period limit of irreversible degeneration in each group. Results: the period limit was 3 h(35℃),4 h(30℃),5 h(25℃),6 h(20℃),7 h(18℃),9 h(15℃),12 h(12℃),16 h(9℃),30 h(6℃) and 50 h(4℃),respectively. Conlcusion:there are correlationship between the ischemic time limits of rabbit skeletal muscle degeneration and the temperatures e.g. T≈100/(X-X ),(T=time limit of ireversable degeneration,X=temperature). |
