| 摘 要： | 目的:观察非脱垂子宫经阴道全切除术的临床结局及其影响因素。方法:比较不同大小子宫及不同部位子宫肌瘤对手术时间、出血量及术后发热率的影响。结果:子宫≤8孕周与>8孕周者相比较,手术时间及阴道出血量前者小于后者(P<0.05),术后发热率两组相比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),子宫肌瘤位于子宫上段者与位于下段者相比较,手术时间及出血量前者均小于后者(P<0.01),术后发热率两组相比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:子宫大小及子宫肌瘤部位对非脱垂子宫经阴道全切除术手术时间及出血量具有明显影响,对发热率无影响。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical results and influential factors of transvaginal hysterectomy with no prolapse.Methods:The operation time,the amount of bleeding and the rate of fever after operation are compared for different size of uterus and different site of myoma.Results:The operation time and the amount of bleeding for uterus ≤8W and for myoma located at the upper part of uterus are smaller than that of uterus>8W and that of myoma located at the lower part of uterus.The fever rate after operation is not affected by the size of uterus and site of myoma.Conclusion:The operation time and the amount of bleeding are affected by the size of uterus and the site of myoma.The fever rate after operation is not affected by the size of uterus and the site of myoma. |
