Abstract:
The modi operandi, characters and effect of establishing the nursing service culture in Renji Hospital affiliated to the Second Shanghai Medical University were introduced in this article by describing bow to standardize the behaviors, improve the efficiency, deepen the connotation, emphasize the art property and build service atmosphere of nursing care.
