改良圈形结肠原位膀胱术的疗效观察

目的 探讨圈形结肠代膀胱术改进术式的临床疗效。方法 总结5例2000年4月-2004年6月膀胱肿瘤全膀胱切除患者行圈形结肠代膀胱术患者的临床资料，讨论改良术式的临床优越性。结果 5例手术时间3.0-5.0h，随访时间2-50个月，平均23个月，所有患者均无瘤复发。术后均能自主可控性排尿无并发症。结论 膀胱肿瘤全膀胱切除患者行圈形结肠代膀胱术具有一定的临床优越性值得推广。

Clinical effect of colonic bladder substitution (report of 5 cases)

Objective] To explore the clinical effect of Colonic bladder substitution. Methods] Clinical data of 5 cases of radical bladder resection and Colonic bladder substitution from 2000 to 2004 were reviewed and discussed with concerned references. Results] Of all the pations, operation time from 3-5 hours, followed time from 2-50 months, no pations were recurrenced and all can void freely without complication. Conclusion] The clinical effect of colonic bladder substitution is good and worse to be explored.
