麝香保心丸治疗心绞痛的疗效观察

目的 观察麝香保心丸治疗心绞痛的疗效.方法 180例患者随机分为对照组82例和治疗组98例.2组均给予口服肠溶阿司匹林、辛伐他汀片,在此基础上对照组给予复方丹参片,治疗组给予麝香保心丸.2组疗程均为1个月,观察2组症状疗效和辅助检查疗效.结果 治疗组症状疗效总有效率为99.0%高于对照组的79.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.治疗组辅助检查疗效总有效率为98.0%高于对照组的80.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 麝香保心丸对心绞痛有更好的临床治疗效果,并且复发率低,不良反应少.

The effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in the treatment of angina

Objective To observe the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in the treatment of angina. Methods 180 patients were randomly divided into control group （n = 82） and treatment group（ n = 98）. Both groups were given oral aspirin, simvastatin,the control group was added with compound Danshen, and the treatment group received Shexiang Baoxin Pill. 2 months were a course, efficacy of symptoms and auxiliary examination results in both groups were observed. Results Total effective rate of symptoms in treatment group was 99.0% ,which was higher than 79.3% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Total effective rate of auxiliary examination in the treatment group was 98.0%, which was higher than 80.5% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pill in treatment of angina pectoris has better clinical therapeutic effect, and low recurrence rate,less side effects.
