| 摘 要： | 培养高素质的创新型人才是我国博士研究生教育的核心和根本目的。本文通过对培养博士生的内在因素———"个性"加以分析,从加强博士生的"思想政治教育、哲学素养、兴趣培养、文献阅读、交流合作、吃苦耐劳精神和科研态度"等几方面的培养加以阐述,提出了提高博士生创新能力,必须突出博士生"个性"的培养。 |

| Abstract: | To cultivate qualified innovative talents is the basic goal of doctor's degree education in our country. It is proposed that personality, an intrinsic factor, should be emphasized in education so as to improve innovative ability of doctor's degree candidates. The paper discusses cultivation of their personality in the following aspects: ideological and political education, philosophy accomplishment, interest cultivation, literature reading, academic communication, scientific research attitude, and spirit of hardworking. It is pointed out that personality cultivation of doctor's degree candidates should be emphasized so as to improve their innovative ability. |
