| 摘 要： | 〔目的〕了解来华外籍人员对艾滋病知识的认知水平,为口岸的艾滋病预防控制提供依据。〔方法〕在广西友谊关口岸对558名来华外籍人员进行现场不记名问卷调查。〔结果〕艾滋病的3个主要传播途径的知晓率为80.7%￣89.7%;对其他相关知识知晓率为29.0%￣79.1%;性别、年龄、学历、地域等因素影响艾滋病知识的认知程度。〔结论〕应进一步在口岸加强对入境的外籍人员进行艾滋病知识的宣传教育,重点是男性、小学以下学历、大于40岁、来自亚洲和非洲的人员,提高他们的防病意识。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the status of AIDS knowledge among foreigners visiting China,and provide basic information for AIDS prevention and control.Methods 558 objects were surveyed by questionnaire at the Guangxi Youyiguan frontier port.Results The rate of recognizing the three main transmitting routes of AIDS knowledge was from 80.7% to 89.7%,the rate of recognizing the related knowledge was from 29.0%-79.1%.Sex,age,schooling,region were influencial factors to the AIDS knowledge level of those foreigners.Conclusion Education about AIDS at the frontier port need to be strengthened,especially among the males,whose schooling was under primary school,and those aged above 40 from Asia and Africa. |
