| 摘 要： | 目的:观察痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法:800例支气管肺炎患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为96.67%,对照组有效率为94%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组在退热时间、呼吸平稳时间、咳嗽消失时间以及肺部体征消失时间均较对照组短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。治疗组无不良反应发现。结论:痰热清注射液是治疗小儿急性支气管肺炎有效而安全的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare clinical effect of Tanreqing infection with that of ribavirin in treatment of acute pneumonia of children.Methods:800 cases of children with acute pneumonia were divided into two groups at randomly..Both group were given with cefazolin and amoxicillin sodium for injection.Results:The overall efficacy rate of treatmeng group was 96.67%.The overall efficacy rate of control group was 94%.Have singnificant differences bing noted between the two groups(P<0.01).As to the improving rate of main clinical symptoms and body signs,the treatment group had more execellent response than the other(P<0.01).And no adverse reaction was found.Conclusion:Tanreqing injection is effective and safe to treat acute pneumonia of children. |
