| 摘 要： | 目的:探究针刺中脘、胃俞、足三里、梁丘对急性胃黏膜损伤模型大鼠的影响。方法:将清洁级Wistar大鼠42只,随机分为正常对照组,模型组,胃俞组,中脘组,足三里组,梁丘组6组,每组7只,以无水乙醇灌胃造成急性胃黏膜损伤模型,电针治疗结束10 min后观察胃黏膜形态组织学变化,计算胃黏膜损伤指数,检测血清NO含量。结果:与模型组比较,梁丘组、足三里组胃黏膜损伤指数下降,NO含量上升,差异有统计学意义。结论:对于急性胃黏膜损伤的治疗作用来说,远端穴位足三里、梁丘优于局部穴位胃俞、中脘。
