| 摘 要： | 目的:对视网膜脱离行玻璃体切割手术填充C3F8和硅油后比较视网膜再脱离的发生率。方法:将2年内经玻璃体手术治疗的视网膜脱离患者106例(106眼)分为2组,1组(55眼)填充C3F8,2组(51眼)填充硅油,1、3、6个月后记录患者的视网膜复位情况。结果:经过1、3、6个月的复诊,发现两组的视网膜复位率无差别。结论:玻璃体切割手术中填充C3F8及硅油均能有效的治疗视网膜脱离,均可做为填充物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the recurrent rate of retinal redetachment In vitrectomy of retinal detachment with C3F8 gas and silicone oil filled.Methods:106 eyes of 106 patients of retinal detachment were divided into two 2 groups(1 and 2)in 2 years,In group 1,55 eyes were filled with C3F8,In group 2,51 eyes were filled with silicone oil , The reattachment rate were recorded after 1、3、6months in the two groups.Results:After 1、3、6months the recurrent rate of retinal redetachment in the two groups had no difference.Conclussion:Both C3F8 gas and silicone oil filled has a close reattachment rate,and both of them can be the vitreous replacement material. |
