| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of THCQT on the expression of Bcl-2 gene and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in mice bearing S180 tumor cells after the treatment with cytoxan. Methods Tumor bearing tumor model of S180 rat was established, and the expression of Bcl-2 and PCNA in tumor cells were examined by immunohistochemistry. methed Results The comparison of the expression of Bcl-2 between THCQT group and model group is of statistics significance, and THCQT could reduce the expression of Bcl-2 (t = 5.29, P ＜ 0.01 ). The comparison of the expression of PCNA between THCQT group and model group is of statistics significance, and THCQT could reduce the expression of PCNA( t = 7.76, P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion The results suggested that THCQT may play a role in antitumor through regulating the expression of Bcl-2 and PCNA. |
