摘    要:Fas/FasL通路是介导细胞凋亡的一条重要途径.近年来研究发现,它可以促进分泌炎症细胞因子,激发炎性反应,参与免疫豁免、免疫逃逸、肿瘤形成及转移等过程.此外,FasL还可以作为受体传递反向信号,促进细胞增殖,并参与一些自身免疫性疾病的发生.

Abstract:Fas/FasL mediates an important signal pathway cell apoptosis. Recent studies showed that it can stimulate the secretion of proinflammatory cytokines and induce inflammatory reaction. Inaddition, it also participates in a variety of biological activities such as immune privilege, immune escape and tumor formation and metastasis. FasL may also act as a receptor to deliver reverse signals, stimulating cell proliferation and paticipating in the development of some autoimmune diseases.
