| Abstract: | Objective To observe the relationship of the Hs-TSH and prognosis of GD with ATD. Methods 136 GD patients with ATD were retrospectively analyzed. The rate of recurrence were comppared after treatment 1 year, 2 year and 3 year. To observe the relationship of the Hs-TSH and recurrence of GD with ATD. Results The rate of recurrence is 15.3%, 3.5% and 1.3% after treatment 1year in TSH decreasing group, TSH normal group and TSH increasing group, Compared the there grous were statistically significant (P＜ 0.01). The rate of recurrence is same in TSH normal group and TSH increasing group after treatment 3 year, whitch is lower than the TSH decreasing group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Hs-TSH can be regarded an index to judge the prognosis treated with ATD. |
