| 摘 要： | let-7是目前研究最为广泛的miRNA之一.在肿瘤中,let-7具有抑制细胞增殖、促进细胞分化和凋亡的多种生物学功能.同时在不同的人肿瘤组织和细胞中,let-7表达的下调伴随其靶基因的表达变化,表明let-7与肿瘤呈高度相关性.

| Abstract: | Let-7 is one of the most widely studied in miRNAs at present. let-7 can inhibit cell proliferation, promote cell differentiation and apoptosis, etc. Reduced expression of let-7 in different human tumor tissues or cells is accompanied by the changes of its target genes expression, which suggests that let-7 is closely linked to cancer. |
