| 摘 要： | 目的研究切开引流挂线术治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法将肛周脓肿患者78例随机分为给予切开引流挂线术治疗的观察组和单纯切开引流治疗的对照组，观察疗效及负面情绪情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组；HAMA评分、HAMD评分、NRS评分均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论切开引流挂线术能明显提高治疗有效率、改善负面情绪，对于肛周脓肿临的治疗具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical curative effect of incision, drainage and thread-drawing in treating perianal abscess. Methods Patients with perianal abscess were collected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Then curative effect and negative emotions were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.44%, which was significantly higher than control group; HAMA score, HAMD score, NRS score were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The incision thread-drawing method has positive clinical value for it can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and alleviate negative mood. |
