高同型半胱氨酸血症与脑梗死及颈动脉狭窄的关系研究

目的研究高同型半胱氨酸血症（HHcy）与颈动脉狭窄的关系。方法应用循环酶法测定90例急性脑梗死（ACI）患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）浓度，并采用彩色多普勒超声进行颈动脉检测并与正常对照组比较。结果 ACI组血浆Hcy水平显著高于正常对照组（P〈0.001），ACI组中颈动脉重度狭窄者血浆Hcy浓度显著高于中度狭窄者及无狭窄或轻度狭窄者（P〈0.01），中度狭窄者血浆Hcy浓度显著高于无狭窄或轻度狭窄者（P〈0.01）。结论 Hcy水平与脑梗死患者颈动脉狭窄的严重程度相关。

The relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia and cerebral infarction and carotid stenosis

Objective To study the relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia（HHcy） and carotid stenosis. Result ACI group plasma Hcy level was significantly higher than normal control group（P〈0.001）, In the ACI group, the levels of Hcy in patients with severe carotid stenosis were signif-icantly higher than those in patients with moderated carotid stenosis and mild carotid stenosis or without carotid stenosis（P〈0.01）, and the levels of Hcy in patients with moderated carotid stenosis were significantly higher than those in patients with mild carotid stenosis or without carotid stenosis（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Hcy levels and the severity of cerebral infarction in patients with carotid stenosis.
