| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨乌司他丁治疗大鼠急性坏死性胰腺炎的药理作用。方法 :将实验动物分为假手术组 (A组 )、急性坏死性胰腺炎未处理组 (B组 )和急性坏死性胰腺炎乌司他丁治疗组 (C组 ) ,比较各组不同时间血清淀粉酶 (AMS)、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF -α)的变化。结果 :C组分别与A、B组比较 ,血清AMS、TNF -α均有显著性差异 (P<0 01)。结论 :乌司他丁可显著改善大鼠急性坏死性胰腺炎的预后

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the pharmacological effect of Ulinastatin on acute necrotizing pancreatitis in rats.METHODS:Animal models were divided into3groups:group A,sham operation;group B,acute necrotic pancreatitis given no treatment;group C,acute necrotic pancreatitis treated with Ulinastatin.The changes of AMS and TNF-αwere compared at different time among3groups.RESULTS:AMS and TNF-αin group C were significantly different from those in group A and in group B.CONCLUSION:Ulinastatin could remarkably improve the prognosis of acute necrotic pancreatitis. |
