护理干预对直肠癌肠造口患者术后生活质量的影响

目的探讨护理干预对直肠癌肠造口患者术后生活质量的影响及临床意义。方法选取我院2008年1月～2010年12月实施肠造口手术直肠癌患者68例,其中34例采取加速康复护理为观察组,另外34例采取传统护理为对照组,回顾性分析不同护理方法对直肠癌肠造口患者术后生活质量及临床症状改善效果。结果采取护理干预12周后,两组均有利于改善肠造口患者术后生活质量,但采取加速康复护理措施组优势更明显,两组比较均有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论采用综合加速康复外科护理措施能有效加快直肠癌肠造口患者术后康复,减少并发症的发生,提高生活质量。

Analysis of nursing intervention on cancer patients with enterostomy postoperative quality of life influence

Objective To investigated the life quality and clinical significance of nursing intervention for cancer patients after colostomy surgery.Methods Selected 68 rectal cancer patients after colostomy surgery in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010.Implementated speed up rehabilitation care for 34 cases which as observation group,Implementated the traditional care for other 34 cases which as the control group,retrospective analysis of different methods of care for cancer patients after colostomy quality of life and clinical symptoms improved results.Results Nursing intervention after 12 weeks,both groups are conducive to the improvement of intestinal stoma in patients with postoperative quality of life,then take advantage of accelerated rehabilitation nursing group is more obvious,the two groups were significantly different(P <0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive surgical care measures for accelerated rehabilitation can effectively speed up cancer patients after colostomy rehabilitation,reduce complications,improve quality of life.
