| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）的诊断方法。方法：对15例经手术病理证实的GIST患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析、胃镜检查4例，B超检查15例，CT检查14例，小肠造影3例。结呆：15例GIST中良性间质瘤4例，恶性间质瘤11例。术中均未发现肿大淋巴结，病理检查均未发现淋巴结转移。结论：GIST术前诊断需依靠临床表现、影像学检查等方法进行综合分析，以降低漏诊和误诊率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the way of diagnoses of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST). Methods: To analyze 15 GIST cases which were proved by operation-pathology. Results: Four endoscopies, 15 ultra-sounography, 14 CT. 4 cases was benign lesion?11 cases was malignant lesion. All cases were proved by surgery and pathology. Conclusions: GIST is difficult to diagnose before operation. We must study the ul-trasounography and CT more carefully to distinguish with gastrointestinal carcinoma. |
