| 摘 要： | 抗大肠癌单克隆抗体３Ｇ１０对大肠癌的反应阳性率达９４％，而对正常大肠的反应呈阴性，表明３Ｇ１０具有较高的特异性。３Ｇ１０对大肠腺瘤的阳性率随着腺瘤的不典型增生程度的升高而增加，提示３Ｇ１０对腺瘤癌变的早期诊断具有重要意义。３Ｇ１０对胚胎大肠的反应也呈阳性，故其所针对的抗原为肿瘤胚胎抗原，可能为一种异常的血型抗原。 |

| Abstract: | The expression of colonic cancer antigen defined by monoclonal antibody 3G10 in various location of human colonic epithelia, colonic adenoma. and adenocarcinoma has been studied.A strong staining was observed in 94% of adenocarcinomas whereas no staining was observed in normal colonic epithelia indicating a good specificity. The expression of CA-3G10 in adenomas was correlated with histological type as well as the degree of dysplasia of adenomas. No CA-3G10was detectable in juvenile polyps and hyper-plastic polyps. Thus,CA3G10 could be a useful tumor marker in early dignosis of colonic cancer. At the fetal stage, the CA-3G10 expression was positive in fetal colon, showing typical oncofetal antigen in nature. |
