动态血压与高血压左室肥厚的关系

目的:探讨动态血压测值与高血压病左室肥厚的关系。方法:选择100例高血压病患者,按有无左心室肥厚分成无左室肥厚组(A组)和左室肥厚组(B组),均行24h动态血压检查,比较其测值。结果:左室肥厚组与无左室肥厚组比较,24h血压负荷值和夜间血压负荷值有极显著性意义(P<0.01),白昼血压负荷值有显著性意义(P<0.05);24h平均收缩压和舒张压有显著性意义(P<0.05);夜间平均收缩压和舒张压有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:有助于减轻靶器官损伤,改善预后,提高患者生活质量。

Relationship between Ambulatory Blood Pressure and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy in Essential Hypertension

Objective To explore the relationship ambulatory blood pressure (ABP) and left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH).Methods 100 essential hypertensive (EH) patients without LVH and with LVH were recoded by 24 hour ABP.Results There was higher significant difference in 24-hour ABP load and night ABP load between without LVH and with LVH groups (P<0.01). There was significant difference in day ABP load between two groups. There was significant difference in 24-hour systolic blood pressure and 24-hour diastolic blood pressure between two groups (P<0.05). There was higher significant difference in night systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion To detect the ambulatory blood pressure could reduce injury,and improve the patient’s life quality.
