摘    要:目的:探讨实验性形觉剥夺性近视眼眼轴增大的影响因素,探讨导致形觉剥夺性近视眼的巩膜改变的分子水平机制。方法:单眼遮盖20只鸡雏4周制备实验性近视模型,然后使用免疫组织化学方法检测遮盖眼和对照眼的巩膜软骨组织的纤维连接蛋白(FN)表达情况。结果:遮盖眼巩膜软骨的软骨细胞质、细胞膜和软骨囊的FN的表达水平比对照眼明显增高(P<0.01)。结论:FN与实验性近视眼的近视形成机制有关,可能有调节眼球增大的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the involvement of fibronectin in the development of experiment form-deprivation myopia. MethodsNewborn chicks were reared in a room which was warmed by non-illuminating heater on a 12 hr light/dark cycle provided by cool fluorescent lighting.The illumination at chick eye level is about 40 Lx.Experimental myopia was established by monocular suture of eyelid for 4 weeks.Myopia of the chick eyes was confirmed by retinoscopy and axial measurement,the accumulation and synthesis of fibronectin in sclera cartilage were determined by immunohistochemistry assay. ResultsFibronectin expression in the plasma and membrane of sclera chondrocytes as well as cartilage capsule of myopia eyes is significantly higher than that in control eyes(P<0.01).ConclusionFibronectin might regulate ocular enlargement or respond to myopiagenic mechanisms in experimental form-deprivation myopia.
