针刺任脉治疗脑梗塞假性球麻痹临床研究

目的]探讨针刺任脉治疗脑梗塞假性球麻痹患者的疗效。方法]选择脑卒中患者33例,17例为治疗组,16例作为对照组。从吞咽功能和言语功能改善方面评定其临床疗效。结果]在患者吞咽功能和言语功能疗效方面,治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论]针刺任脉能改善脑梗塞假性球麻痹患者吞咽功能和言语功能。

Ren Channel Acupuncture Treatment of Pseudobulbar Palsy Cerebral Clinical Research

Objective] To investigate Ren Channel acupuncture therapy on cerebral pseudobulbar palsy patients. Methods] select 33 cases of stroke patients, 17 cases for the treatment group ,16 cases as control group. From swallowing function and the improvement of speech function to assess its clinical efficacy. Results ] In patients with swallowing function and speech function of efficacy, the treatment group compared with the control group there is significant difference. Conclusion ] Ren Channel acupuncture can improve the cerebral infarction in patients with pseudobulbar palsy swallowing function and speech function.
