| 摘 要： | 目的 :通过基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )和 9(MMP 9)在肺癌组织不同病理分型及不同肺部CT征象中的表达情况的比较 ,探讨其与肺癌浸润转移的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化S P法检测 4 5例肺癌组织中金属蛋白酶的表达 ,所有病例均行胸部CT。结果 :MMP 2、9在小细胞肺癌及非小细胞肺癌中均有表达 ,低度分化、瘤体直径 >3cm、具有分叶征及有纵隔淋巴结转移者同高分化、瘤体直径≤ 3cm、无分叶征、无纵隔淋巴结转移者相比 ,MMP 2、MMP 9表达有显著性差异。结论 :MMP 2及MMP 9的测定 ,联合肺部CT检查 ,可以对肺癌浸润转移情况进行评价 ,预测预后。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 and 9 in careinoma of lung with signs of chest CT in order to investigate the relationship of matrix metalloproteinase with infiltration of lung cancer.Methods:Forty five specimens were detected by immunochemical technique, and chest CT.Results:The expression of MMP 2 and MMP 9 in carcinoma of lung with mass diamitor>3cm was significantly different compared with mass diamitor<3cm,also the same relationpship for low differentiate cancer with high differentiate, mass lobe with no mass lobe or diaphram lymph node metastasis with no diaphram lymph node metastasis.Conclusion:Througy expressions of MMP 2,MMP 9 and chest CT,metastasis of lung cancer might be evaluated. |
