| 摘 要： | 目的:观察穴位埋线治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将358例功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组(穴位埋线组)与对照组(药物治疗组)进行对照观察。结果:埋线组有效率为78.9%,优于药物治疗组64.3%,2组比较差异有显著性意义(P0.05);埋线组各型治疗后近期总疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)其中,肝胃不和证与其他证比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05),脾胃湿热证、胃阴不足证与胃络瘀血证比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:穴位埋线治疗功能性消化不良有肯定疗效,且对肝胃不和型疗效最好。
